Soothe and Energise is the perfect title for this wonderful mediatation cd. I bought this for myself and loved it so much that i also bought it for my friend who was finding it difficult to relax. The soothing voice and clear, ‘easy to follow’ direction really helped me focus and meditate. After a long day, it’s the perfect ‘pick me up’. Highly recommended for all.

Best CD I own! I have bought several copies of this CD as I keep giving my copy away to friends who need it. I recommend it to everyone! The meditations are beautiful and move you into a lovely space. They also can help you to get yourself on track when things get difficult. I use the CD at least once a week. There are three different meditations depending on what you want to do or how you are feeling, I always feel calm and balanced afterwards. I particularly like the meditation that helps you connect to nature, living in the middle of a big city it’s wonderful for me. I also use the Advanced CD in the same range, anything by Sue Zange is the best!
